Once investment opportunity or potential acquisition targets are identified, Massaleh Media would estimate the funding requirements based on its cash flow position, or that which require additional capital.

In the event if there is a shortfall Massaleh Media would seek to invite co-investors into the project through a private placement exercise. Massaleh Media will aim to acquire a controlling stake in the target companies, on a case-by-case basis.
